Subscription and billing

Billing lives in <strong>Workspace settings → Billing</strong>. Stripe handles payment; we never store card data ourselves.

Manage billing#

  1. Open Workspace settings → Billing.

  2. Manage payment method. Click into the Stripe portal to add or replace your card.

  3. Download invoices. They include workspace name and your billing details.

  4. Upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

  5. Cancel. Plan stays active until end of period; after that workspace drops to Free and unused plan credits expire.

Annual vs monthly#

Annual billing saves 25% off the equivalent monthly rate. The launch promo (April 2026) stacks on top of that for ~50% off on Creator 1K, Creator 2K, and Studio 5K.

Tip: Use a dedicated billing email (billing@yourbrand.com) so invoices are not buried in someone's personal inbox.
