Most issues come down to the same few causes. Walk through this list before contacting support; the answer is usually here.
My generation is stuck or failed#
Failed generations refund credits automatically. Wait two minutes; if the result still has not arrived, refresh. Persistent failures usually mean the prompt violates content rules or the upstream model is overloaded.
My trained model looks wrong#
Almost always a reference set problem: too few images, mixed subjects, harsh lighting. Retrain with a cleaner set; training is 150 credits.
My @mention is not auto-completing#
Make sure the model status is Ready (not still training) and that you are typing in the prompt box. The picker only opens after the @ character.
My credits ran out mid-month#
Top up from Workspace settings → Billing, or upgrade your plan. Top-up credits never expire and are spent only after plan credits.
My Arabic locale is missing copy#
A few in-app strings are still being translated. Switch to English from Account settings → Language as a workaround and report the missing strings via Feedback.
My drafts disappeared#
Drafts that were not saved to a board roll off the recent activity feed after a few weeks. Save anything you want to keep to a specific board.
