Credit questions

Everything you might want to know about credits, refunds, expiry, and refresh dates.

Do credits roll over?#

Plan credits do not. Top-up credits do, and never expire.

When do plan credits refresh?#

On your monthly billing date. You can find your next refresh date in Workspace settings → Billing.

Do I get credits back if a generation fails?#

Yes. Failed generations refund automatically to the bucket they were taken from.

Do drafts cost credits?#

No. Drafts and exploration are always free. Only final generations consume credits.

Can I share credits across workspaces?#

No. Credits live inside a workspace. Each workspace has its own subscription and balance.

What happens if I cancel?#

Your plan stays active until the end of the current period. After that the workspace drops to Free and any unused plan credits expire. Top-up credits remain.
