Inviting members
Open <strong>Workspace settings → Members</strong> to send invites. Each invite is a unique link that expires after first use.
Send an invite#

Open Workspace settings → Members.

Click Invite.

Type an email and pick a role. Owner, admin, editor, or viewer. Pick the lowest role that lets the person do their job.

Send. The invitee gets a link. They sign up if needed and join on first login.
Managing invites#
Open the Members list to resend stale invites or revoke ones that have not been accepted. Revoked invites cannot be reused.
Member limits by plan#
- Free: 1 (just you).
- Creator: up to 3.
- Studio: up to 10.
- Enterprise: unlimited.
Tip: Invite freelancers as Editor, not Admin. Editors can do all creative work but cannot change billing or membership.
