Top up credits

Top-up credits never expire. They are spent only after your monthly plan credits run out, so a top-up is always a safety net you can keep around.

Buy a top-up#

  1. Open Workspace settings → Billing.

  2. Click Top up credits.

  3. Pick an amount. Min $5 (300 credits), max $500 (30,000 credits). Rate: 60 credits per $1.

  4. Pay via Stripe. Card is charged immediately.

  5. Use them. Credits land in your account right away.

Order of consumption#

  • Plan credits are spent first.
  • Top-up credits are spent only when plan credits hit zero.
  • Refunds for failed generations go back to the bucket they came from.

Tip: Buy a small top-up at the start of a campaign as a safety net. You only spend it if you need it, and it never expires.
