Model Swap
Model Swap keeps the scene, lighting, and composition of an existing image but replaces the product with one from your Brand Library. Useful when you have a perfect shot but the wrong product.
Run it#

Make sure you have a Product saved. See Adding a product if not.

Open the Model Swap Wizard. Click the tile on the dashboard.

Upload the source image. The shot whose composition and lighting you want to keep.

Pick a face from your library. The wizard ties faces and products together for natural lifestyle shots.

Run. Colabz preserves the scene and re-renders with your subject.
When swap beats regenerate#
- You have an editorial shot you love and need it for a different SKU.
- You're running a series with the same scene and rotating products.
- You licensed a stock or moodboard image and want your product in it.
Tip: Swap is much cheaper than re-running a full generation. For a series with 5 products in the same scene, save each as a Product, then swap.
