Workspace

Saving and sharing

Boards can be shared with the workspace or with specific members. Individual assets get a permalink you can copy from the asset detail view.

Sharing a board#

Open a board. Click Share in the top-right. Pick "Workspace" (every member) or specific members. Shared boards inherit workspace credits and permissions.

Sharing a single asset#

Click any asset to open the detail view. Click Copy link. Anyone with the link who is also in your workspace can view it.

Bulk operations#

  • Toggle Select mode in any board or library view.
  • Pick multiple assets.
  • Bulk: delete, save to board, download as zip.

Tip: Boards are the easiest review surface for stakeholders. Invite them as Viewer and share the board.
