What to include#
- Workspace name (so we can look up your account).
- A short description of what you tried and what happened.
- A screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
- The asset URL or generation ID if it is about a specific output.
Response times#
- Studio and Enterprise: within one business day.
- Creator: within two business days.
- Free: best effort.
Tip: A 30-second screen recording is worth a thousand bug reports. We can usually diagnose from one.
