At Colabz, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have when using our AI-powered product photography platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways — what you provide directly, what is collected automatically as you use the service, and the content you upload for processing:

• Information you provide: name, email address, account credentials, and billing details entered at checkout.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, usage events such as features used and credits consumed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Uploaded content: product images, reference images, prompts, and generated outputs stored in your workspace.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the platform, process your generations, and deliver results
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle credit balances
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and improve features
• Send account, security, and service-related messages and respond to support requests
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing and, where permitted, send product updates
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

How We Handle Your Uploaded Content

Images and prompts you upload are processed to produce the outputs you request and are stored in your workspace so you can access them again. We do not use your uploaded content to train our AI models. Your content is routed to third-party AI model and compute providers only for the purpose of performing the generation you requested, under contractual or configuration safeguards that restrict those providers from using your content to train their models where such controls are available.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in these limited ways:

• With Stripe, our payment processor, to handle subscription billing and process payments
• With Meta, through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to measure the performance of our advertising
• With vetted service providers that help us operate the platform — including cloud infrastructure and database providers, AI model and compute providers, product analytics providers, and hosting and content delivery providers — under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent needed to deliver the service
• When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Colabz, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information is transferred

International Data Transfers

Colabz is operated from the UAE. Some of our service providers are located in the United States, the European Union, and other regions. By using the service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure credential storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in the following categories:

• Strictly necessary — session cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language preference
• Analytics — product analytics cookies that help us understand how features are used so we can improve the platform
• Advertising — cookies set by the Meta Pixel (such as _fbp and _fbc) used to measure the effectiveness of our ads and attribute conversions

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect your ability to sign in or use certain features.

Data Retention

We retain your account information, uploaded content, and generated outputs for as long as your account is active so you can continue to access your work. When you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records — such as billing and tax records — to comply with our legal obligations.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing
